Requirements
- 12+ years in product management.
- 5+ years operating at Principal or Director level on B2B technical, platform, or enterprise software products.
- Track record of owning major product areas as a senior IC.
- Comfort operating at the executive level (board memos, strategy reviews).
- Strong technical fluency in modern web architectures, APIs, deployment models, and platform tradeoffs.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Bias toward customer evidence and measurable outcomes.
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems (bonus).
- Experience in regulated or safety-critical industries (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end strategy and outcomes for a strategically critical area of the Accuris product portfolio — vision, positioning, roadmap, and P&L impact.
- Make the hardest product calls yourself.
- Operate as the most senior product mind in the room on your area.
- Spend significant time with customers — discovery, validation, co-design, and reference development.
- Drive cross-portfolio alignment.
- Represent your area at the executive level.
- Mentor and uplevel other PMs across the organization.
- Build the strategic frameworks that the rest of the portfolio will use.
