- Proven experience owning end-to-end product areas and delivering measurable outcomes across cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience building or shipping AI/ML-powered products
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, care management systems, or health plan operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working within regulatory constraints such as HIPAA or value-based care frameworks
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for AI agent-based care management tools from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Partner closely with clinical leadership and care teams to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI-driven support.
- Translate complex clinical and operational needs into clear product requirements, decision documents, and execution-ready specifications.
- Design evaluation frameworks, success metrics, and feedback loops to measure AI performance and real-world clinical impact.
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to build, test, and iterate on AI/ML-powered features in production environments.
- Ensure alignment across clinical operations, engineering, and product stakeholders on priorities, outcomes, and roadmap direction.
- Drive continuous improvement of AI agent systems by analyzing performance, user feedback, and operational outcomes.
