Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, including at least 1+ year working on AI or ML-powered products in SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of AI technologies such as LLMs, NLP, and predictive analytics and their practical applications
- Experience in product discovery, agile delivery, and end-to-end product lifecycle management
- Ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear customer value propositions and product requirements
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking product success metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with enterprise or B2B products, ideally in regulated industries such as manufacturing, pharma, or life sciences
- Familiarity with compliance or quality frameworks (e.g., ISO, FDA, or similar) is a plus
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to align cross-functional teams around product goals
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advanced degree is a plus) or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the AI product vision and roadmap aligned with company strategy and customer needs across industrial and enterprise environments
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases that improve training, compliance, productivity, and operational workflows
- Lead product discovery efforts, including user research, feasibility studies, and ROI validation for AI-driven solutions
- Translate complex AI capabilities (LLMs, NLP, predictive analytics) into clear, usable product features and requirements
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing AI product delivery
- Define success metrics and KPIs to measure adoption, accuracy, engagement, and business impact of AI features
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market readiness
- Engage directly with customers to validate needs, gather feedback, and refine AI solutions based on real-world usage
- Monitor product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvement through data-driven iteration
- Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders
