- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed established sales goals
- Proven ability to develop, motivate, and guide a sales team of direct reports to excel
- Consistently meet or exceed team objectives/quota (annual $8M+)
- Ongoing coaching/mentorship to continue compelling presentations to prospective clients, consultants, partners, and others
- Stay informed of products, roadmap, and competitive differentiation
- Develop and maintain intra-company relationships
- Understand the client’s business strategy, challenges, and opportunities
- Facilitate a smooth transition from Sales to the Customer Success team
