Initiative Support Associate, Consulting

Coordinate project logistics, maintain project plans, action item trackers, and timelines.
Support client-facing administrative processes, including reporting, invoicing, billing, and re-grant documentation.
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, notes, and follow-up communications.
Monitor assigned tasks and proactively communicate progress, risks, and support needs.
Contribute to client deliverables including presentations, engagement letters, and research reports.
Update and maintain accurate project, financial, and impact data in Salesforce.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support client engagement.

How We Work

NFF operates as a fully remote organization, empowering you to work from where you thrive. They maintain core business hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm local time, ensuring team collaboration across different time zones. While remote, NFF values in-person connection, hosting staff retreats and other gatherings. This flexible model allows for work from home, an office, or a hybrid approach. You will find a supportive and inclusive environment that champions diverse experiences. The team fosters continuous learning through national calls, forums, and debriefs.
