Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience with an advanced degree (Master's or MBA) required.
• Experience in consulting or corporate strategy is required.
• Highly analytical with strong critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in startup environments preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Drives execution of cross-functional projects to keep them on track and ensure key deliverables are completed.
• Provides strategic insights to leadership and departments through market research and competitive analyses.
• Gathers and analyzes large amounts of information quickly.
• Structures complex operational issues and develops insightful recommendations.
• Develops, manages, and automates business performance metrics (OKRs & KPIs).
• Manages multiple projects from discovery through execution within prescribed timelines.
