Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management

- Comfortable establishing and maintaining complex project timelines across a variety of stakeholders
- Excels at managing expectations through change
- Demonstrable knowledge of team and agency operations
- Successful track record managing multiple work streams and varied projects
- Very strong communicator
- Proficient in gathering and organizing unstructured data
- Familiarity with Google Suite
- Familiarity with software like Quickbase and Salesforce
- Interest in the energy sector
Responsibilities
- Supporting execution and management of various projects (e.g., OKR updates, process improvements)
- Independent management of projects, timelines, deliverables and budgets
- Day-to-day communication with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs and overall goals
- Facilitating internal team meetings and workshops
- Develop timelines and project plans and tracking progress against key milestones
- Preparing internal project reports and presentations
- Managing project documentation and ensuring information flow across teams
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks (team event planning and expenses)
