Responsibilities
- Assemble project team and establish clear understanding of project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Work with sponsors and stakeholders to develop project charters and define milestones.
- Establish and execute communication plans, including meetings and status reporting.
- Manage project changes, scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Identify and manage project risks with proactive mitigation plans.
- Ensure regulatory compliance through coordination with internal regulatory offices.
- Provide guidance on vendor management, contract negotiations, and product evaluations.
- Manage project budget, tracking planned versus actual hours and financial variances.
