- Expertise in methodologies such as Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Experience with systems integration and cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Workfront, and Microsoft Project.
- Experience with Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with client and business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end delivery from kickoff to deployment with clear milestones and ownership.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation actions.
- Manage project financials, scope, and change control processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Facilitate stakeholder forums to drive alignment and decision-making.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams.
- Ensure deliverable quality and conduct project audits/reviews.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and document lessons learned.
