Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS
- Proven track record as a product manager in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features and limitations
- Proven track record of designing/deploying AI and agentic solutions in Salesforce
- Familiarity with end-to-end customer lifecycle
- Experience working with software engineers and technical teams
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural diagrams
Responsibilities
- Partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision for Aledade’s CRM ecosystem
- Develop alignment on constraints, priorities and ideal end state
- Ongoing optimization of user workflows and capabilities including monitoring of key metrics
- Work with internal teams to develop requirements and perform solution design
- Use data to test hypotheses and support teams throughout execution
- Write detailed user stories for new features
- Develop short- and long-term roadmaps
