8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, technology, or technology-enabled services environments
Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related tools
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, limitations, and best practices
Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations teams with scalable CRM solutions
Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, and Tableau
Strong ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear technical documentation and user stories
Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and across full software development lifecycles
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to design user-centric product improvements that drive measurable business impact

Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define a shared vision, prioritize initiatives, and shape the future Salesforce ecosystem strategy
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and measurable success criteria
Design and optimize end-to-end Salesforce solutions that improve workflows, user experience, and operational performance
Develop and maintain short- and long-term product roadmaps aligned with strategic goals and iterative delivery principles
Leverage data, analytics, and user feedback to continuously evaluate product performance and identify improvement opportunities
Work closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of scalable solutions
