Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS.
  • Experience in a highly technical or platform-focused product role.
  • Proven experience owning complex internal tools or platforms end-to-end.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum).
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in using data to inform design and measure impact.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Product development experience in healthcare technology or digital health.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare administrative or clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for Practice Nexus/MyPractice.
  • Partner with business owners to define problem space, constraints, and success metrics.
  • Optimize live workflows through monitoring, feedback, and experimentation.
  • Lead product strategy and implementation for the Cloud Couch initiative.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define implementation workflows and data models.
  • Develop short- and long-term roadmaps for maximum value and minimal risk.
  • Write detailed user stories, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Define and track success metrics leveraging operational and experience data.
  • Partner with BI/Analytics to ensure data models and reporting support product decisions.
  • Ensure high-quality releases through QA, rollout strategies, and documentation.
