Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS.
- Experience in a highly technical or platform-focused product role.
- Proven experience owning complex internal tools or platforms end-to-end.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum).
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in using data to inform design and measure impact.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Product development experience in healthcare technology or digital health.
- Basic understanding of healthcare administrative or clinical workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for Practice Nexus/MyPractice.
- Partner with business owners to define problem space, constraints, and success metrics.
- Optimize live workflows through monitoring, feedback, and experimentation.
- Lead product strategy and implementation for the Cloud Couch initiative.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define implementation workflows and data models.
- Develop short- and long-term roadmaps for maximum value and minimal risk.
- Write detailed user stories, requirements, and success criteria.
- Define and track success metrics leveraging operational and experience data.
- Partner with BI/Analytics to ensure data models and reporting support product decisions.
- Ensure high-quality releases through QA, rollout strategies, and documentation.
