Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in tech, tech-enabled services, or SaaS.
- Experience in a highly technical or platform-focused product role.
- Demonstrated experience owning complex internal tools or platforms end-to-end.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies like Agile/Scrum.
- Strong analytical skills using data to inform design and iterate.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or tech-enabled healthcare services.
- Basic understanding of healthcare administrative or clinical workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for Practice Nexus/MyPractice.
- Partner with business owners to define problem space, constraints, and success metrics.
- Optimize live workflows through monitoring, feedback, and experimentation.
- Lead product strategy and implementation for Cloud Couch.
- Collaborate with Support, Operations, Engineering, and Analytics to define implementation workflows.
- Develop detailed user stories, requirements, and success criteria.
- Create roadmaps for MVP and iterative delivery.
- Define and track success metrics for Practice Nexus products.
