Requirements

  • 5-10 years of product management experience
  • 5+ years of telecommunications industry experience, preferably in CCaaS platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, DID management, and Carrier Operations
  • Expertise in VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, QoS, encryption) and outbound call routing
  • Understanding of telecommunications regulations and compliance
  • Proven experience in driving product strategy in fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; technical degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for our telecommunications product suite
  • Lead the evolution of our voice services platform, including capacity planning, coverage expansion, and competitive rate optimization
  • Drive innovation in Client numbering management solutions
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of our Caller ID reputation management system
  • Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver robust telecommunications solutions
  • Monitor and adapt to regulatory changes in the telecommunications landscape
  • Establish disciples to monitor call flow and call quality metrics
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
