Requirements
- 5-10 years of product management experience
- 5+ years of telecommunications industry experience, preferably in CCaaS platforms
- Advanced knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, DID management, and Carrier Operations
- Expertise in VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, QoS, encryption) and outbound call routing
- Understanding of telecommunications regulations and compliance
- Proven experience in driving product strategy in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; technical degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for our telecommunications product suite
- Lead the evolution of our voice services platform, including capacity planning, coverage expansion, and competitive rate optimization
- Drive innovation in Client numbering management solutions
- Spearhead the development and implementation of our Caller ID reputation management system
- Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver robust telecommunications solutions
- Monitor and adapt to regulatory changes in the telecommunications landscape
- Establish disciples to monitor call flow and call quality metrics
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
