Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS enterprise platforms.
- Deep understanding of secure, large-scale, complex systems.
- Technical fluency in back-end systems, APIs, data integrations, and platform architecture.
- Experience in identity management and authentication protocols.
- Proven ability to drive measurable business and user outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with engineers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple dependencies.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools or automation (preferred).
- Ability to travel 5–7 times a year.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain a technical roadmap for Identity Management.
- Identify opportunities to modernize architecture and automate workflows.
- Translate architecture goals and product strategy into iterative delivery plans.
- Lead technical pilots and proofs-of-concept to test emerging technologies.
- Collaborate daily with engineers to clarify requirements and resolve dependencies.
- Provide outcome-focused updates demonstrating business impact.
- Share documentation, release notes, and updates with internal teams.
