Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with software or SaaS products.
- At least 2 years of experience in a senior-level role.
- Experience in event management platforms, ticketing, or mobile applications.
- Ability to define strategy and manage roadmaps in Agile environments.
- Experience working with distributed or offshore engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and product analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in K–12 education technology is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a K–12 event management platform.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from discovery through launch.
- Translate market needs into clear product priorities and user stories.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality execution.
- Drive go-to-market alignment with sales and marketing teams.
- Define and track key product KPIs.
- Refine product direction using data, user feedback, and competitive analysis.
