Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience focused on platform, infrastructure, security, search, or data teams.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering or engineering management experience.
- Exceptional technical fluency with comfort discussing architectural decisions and complex system problems.
- Strong product intuition and ability to translate long-term strategy into actionable roadmaps.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills appropriate for a documentation-first culture.
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions and drive work forward with incomplete information.
- Proven capacity for empathetic collaboration with cross-functional teammates.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end product roadmap for the Platform team, focusing on security, AI infrastructure, data, and technical upgrades.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to discuss architecture, technical tradeoffs, and implementation details.
- Frame product problems and communicate the 'why' and 'how' to engineering and design partners.
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and data synthesis to support product decisions.
- Resolve ambiguity in feature backlogs and prioritize work effectively across technical systems.
- Drive consensus on priorities and decisions using asynchronous collaboration tools.
- Report on product impact and outcomes following feature releases.
