Requirements
- Fintech product experience.
- Hands-on PM experience with invoicing, payments, billing, or financial workflows, ideally B2B or SMB-facing.
- Ability to bring order to complex, imperfect systems.
- Strong product sense for financial flows, including edge cases and failure states.
- Cross-functional fluency to collaborate effectively across EPD and GTM.
- Data fluency with the ability to define metrics and work with analytics.
- Bilingual: ability to speak both English and Mandarin fluently.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for MoeGo's payments, invoicing, and accounting products.
- Sit inside complex financial workflows and create clarity, distinguishing critical issues from nice-to-haves.
- Obsess over the full user journey of money movement, including payment failures, disputes, and reconciliation.
- Define metrics that matter such as payment success rates and dispute rates.
- Collaborate across engineering, design, and GTM to ship reliable financial experiences.
- Make and communicate clear tradeoffs, keeping the trust of both the team and leadership.
