Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS
- Proven track record as a product manager in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
- Experience leading end-to-end solutions for Sales and Revenue Operations teams
- Proficiency in Salesforce Analytics tools (Reports, Dashboards, Tableau)
- Experience working with software engineers, designers, and technical teams
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
Responsibilities
- Partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision for Aledade’s CRM ecosystem
- Develop alignment on constraints, priorities, and ideal end state
- Optimize user workflows and capabilities based on metrics and user feedback
- Develop a deep understanding of requirements and perform solution design
- Use data to test hypotheses and support teams throughout execution
- Write detailed user stories for new features
- Develop short- and long-term roadmaps
