Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS
  • Proven track record as a product manager in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
  • Experience leading end-to-end solutions for Sales and Revenue Operations teams
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Analytics tools (Reports, Dashboards, Tableau)
  • Experience working with software engineers, designers, and technical teams
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision for Aledade’s CRM ecosystem
  • Develop alignment on constraints, priorities, and ideal end state
  • Optimize user workflows and capabilities based on metrics and user feedback
  • Develop a deep understanding of requirements and perform solution design
  • Use data to test hypotheses and support teams throughout execution
  • Write detailed user stories for new features
  • Develop short- and long-term roadmaps
