Requirements
- Proactive, self-directed operating style with ability to connect improvements to business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to partner with senior leaders.
- Proven ability to convert manual, recurring work into automated, scalable solutions.
- Salesforce admin proficiency: flows (record-triggered, scheduled, autolaunched), validation rules, permission sets, and custom objects.
- Background in Revenue Operations, CS Operations, or Post-Sales Operations.
- Exposure to both customer success and implementation or technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Own CS operations end to end: account health monitoring, renewal and expansion workflows, and lifecycle process design.
- Own SD&D operational infrastructure in Salesforce: implementation tracking, milestone forecasting, and onboarding risk detection.
- Build and maintain analytics and reporting infrastructure for CS and SD&D leadership.
- Serve as Salesforce system administrator for CS and SD&D.
- Automate manual reporting, data cleanup, and recurring administrative tasks.
- Partner with CS and SD&D leadership to identify gaps and drive improvements.
- Manage RevOps projects and serve as primary contact for CS and SD&D stakeholders.
