- Experience with AI and emerging operational technologies

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable GTM strategies
- Improve workflows across sales, marketing, and customer success
- Develop GTM playbooks and training programs
- Track and report on pipeline health and key revenue metrics
- Lead forecasting, territory planning, and resource allocation
- Manage contract lifecycle and compensation programs
- Administer and optimize GTM systems including Salesforce and HubSpot
- Bridge collaboration between sales, marketing, and product
- Manage GTM operations budgets and ROI analysis
