Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable GTM strategies
  • Improve workflows across sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Develop GTM playbooks and training programs
  • Track and report on pipeline health and key revenue metrics
  • Lead forecasting, territory planning, and resource allocation
  • Manage contract lifecycle and compensation programs
  • Administer and optimize GTM systems including Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Bridge collaboration between sales, marketing, and product
  • Manage GTM operations budgets and ROI analysis
