Responsibilities

  • Respond to every inbound lead within 5 minutes of submission
  • Work leads through email and call sequences until they show up to the demo
  • Manage the full inbound lead backlog to work these leads to completion or hand-off
  • Work past-inbound leads to reach monthly quota when inbound volume dips
  • Keep CRM activity logged and leads properly staged
