Requirements

  • Empathetic, consultative sales mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and performance-driven, with comfort working toward targets in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals, ensuring timely and effective engagement.
  • Conduct proactive outbound outreach via calls, emails, and messaging to generate and nurture new sales opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their health needs, goals, and suitability for wellness and regenerative medicine services.
  • Educate potential clients on available therapies and programs in a clear, empathetic, and accessible manner.
  • Schedule consultations with clinical or specialist teams, ensuring prospects are properly prepared for appointments.
  • Follow up consistently with interested leads to improve conversion rates and booking outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and optimize conversion performance.
