Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, appointment setting, or inside sales roles.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable engaging prospects over the phone and conducting structured discovery conversations.
- Experience working with CRM systems for lead tracking and pipeline management.
- Ability to explain complex health or service-related concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging way.
- Strong organizational skills with a disciplined approach to follow-ups and pipeline management.
- Empathetic, consultative sales mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and performance-driven, with comfort working toward targets in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals, ensuring timely and effective engagement.
- Conduct proactive outbound outreach via calls, emails, and messaging to generate and nurture new sales opportunities.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their health needs, goals, and suitability for wellness and regenerative medicine services.
- Educate potential clients on available therapies and programs in a clear, empathetic, and accessible manner.
- Schedule consultations with clinical or specialist teams, ensuring prospects are properly prepared for appointments.
- Follow up consistently with interested leads to improve conversion rates and booking outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and optimize conversion performance.
