- Prior Accounts Payable experience in global payments
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Strong analytical skills

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Extremely detail oriented and process driven
Responsibilities
- Serve as a financial member of the Project Team for site payment operations
- Review the financial section of Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA) for payment tracking
- Maintain advance balance tracking to ensure prepaid funds are available
- Collaborate with Project Directors/Managers to process site payments
- Ensure accuracy of investigator site payment workbooks
- Prepare site payment packages for management review and approval
- Prepare Aggregate Spend (Sunshine Act) and MMSE reporting
- Manage the investigator grant dedicated mailbox and perform reconciliations
- Coach and mentor teammates on the Investigator Grants Team
