- 3 years of clinical research experience
- Prior accounts payable experience in global payments
- Professional working proficiency in English

- High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Prepare and track site payments accurately and efficiently
- Review Clinical Trial Agreement financial sections to prepare tracking workbooks
- Maintain advance balance tracking for site payments
- Provide guidance on site payment workbook population
- Prepare site payment packages for management review
- Communicate approved payments to the Finance Department
- Prepare aggregate spend (Sunshine Act/MMSE) reporting
- Prepare site payment reconciliations
- Coach and mentor teammates on the Investigator Grants Team
