Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of strategic relationships.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for workshops and virtual consultations.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Consultative mindset with strong active listening and tailoring skills.
  • Experience with accounting, bookkeeping, or practice management workflows is a bonus.
  • Ability to travel regularly for partner visits, conferences, and team events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounting and tax partners within the assigned territory.
  • Drive adoption and embedding of Xero software into partner practices.
  • Convert growth opportunities and build strategic business plans with partners.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account owners to ensure a joined-up approach.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to drive pipeline growth.
  • Manage partner relationships through in-person meetings, virtual consultations, and workshops.
  • Educate partners on Xero's features and resources.
  • Maintain account records and hygiene in Salesforce CRM.
