Requirements
- Background in customer success, account management, or consultative sales.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or cloud software environments.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of strategic relationships.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for workshops and virtual consultations.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Consultative mindset with strong active listening and tailoring skills.
- Experience with accounting, bookkeeping, or practice management workflows is a bonus.
- Ability to travel regularly for partner visits, conferences, and team events.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounting and tax partners within the assigned territory.
- Drive adoption and embedding of Xero software into partner practices.
- Convert growth opportunities and build strategic business plans with partners.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account owners to ensure a joined-up approach.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to drive pipeline growth.
- Manage partner relationships through in-person meetings, virtual consultations, and workshops.
- Educate partners on Xero's features and resources.
- Maintain account records and hygiene in Salesforce CRM.
