Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, field marketing, or ecosystem-led growth.
  • Experience in fast-scaling B2B companies, ideally in Series A to C environments.
  • Proven track record of generating pipelines through non-paid or hybrid channels.
  • Strong strategic thinker with high execution bias.
  • Comfortable being measured on revenue outcomes.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy for non-paid and hybrid demand generation focused on pipeline creation.
  • Design and execute scalable growth plays across events, partnerships, social, webinars, and community-led initiatives.
  • Own full events strategy, shifting toward deal-driven, meeting-first motions.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of revenue-relevant partnerships.
  • Drive content and social strategies that support sales conversations.
  • Define and execute PR and earned media strategy.
  • Lead and grow the demand generation team over time.
  • Collaborate with VP of Marketing on attribution and Sales on account-based motions.
