  • 8+ years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience.
  • At least 3 years leading a demand generation function at senior level.
  • Track record of building and scaling pipeline in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Expertise in paid media, SEO/SEM, email nurture, content marketing, webinars, and field events.
  • Strong ABM experience with enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Proficiency with Marketo (or HubSpot) and Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with intent/ABM platforms like 6sense or Demandbase.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with funnel metrics.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive global demand generation strategy.
  • Build and lead a high-performing demand generation team.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align on pipeline targets and ABM programmes.
  • Define and execute multi-channel campaigns across Europe and North America.
  • Develop and scale an ABM motion for enterprise accounts.
  • Manage the marketing technology stack and ensure data hygiene.
  • Build and present pipeline and ROI reporting to the CMO and Executive team.
  • Manage demand generation budget and optimize spend.
  • Champion the brand across all demand activity.
