- 8+ years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience.
- At least 3 years leading a demand generation function at senior level.
- Track record of building and scaling pipeline in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Expertise in paid media, SEO/SEM, email nurture, content marketing, webinars, and field events.
- Strong ABM experience with enterprise and mid-market segments.
- Proficiency with Marketo (or HubSpot) and Salesforce CRM.
- Experience with intent/ABM platforms like 6sense or Demandbase.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with funnel metrics.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive global demand generation strategy.
- Build and lead a high-performing demand generation team.
- Partner with Sales leadership to align on pipeline targets and ABM programmes.
- Define and execute multi-channel campaigns across Europe and North America.
- Develop and scale an ABM motion for enterprise accounts.
- Manage the marketing technology stack and ensure data hygiene.
- Build and present pipeline and ROI reporting to the CMO and Executive team.
- Manage demand generation budget and optimize spend.
- Champion the brand across all demand activity.
