Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaign management, or digital marketing
- Experience executing multi-channel marketing programs across email, webinars, paid media, and events
- Strong understanding of marketing funnel metrics, lead lifecycle, and campaign attribution
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo, and analytics platforms
- Familiarity with paid media platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent campaigns
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and operations teams
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proactive, hands-on attitude with a strong bias for execution and experimentation
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns focused on mid-market new logo acquisition
- Plan and manage integrated marketing programs across email, webinars, paid media, content syndication, and events
- Build and optimize email nurture flows to convert top-of-funnel leads into MQLs for SDR handoff
- Lead webinar programs, including speaker coordination, promotion strategy, scheduling, and live execution
- Support field events and conferences, including pre-event promotion and post-event engagement follow-up
- Partner with SDR and sales teams to align on campaign performance, insights, and optimization opportunities
- Analyze funnel metrics, campaign attribution, and pipeline performance to inform strategy and reporting
- Document campaign processes, insights, and workflows to ensure transparency and scalability
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns using an experimentation mindset
