Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account executive roles within B2B environments.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish with experience supporting clients across North America and Latin America.
  • Strong background in fintech, financial services, payments, crypto, blockchain, or digital asset technologies preferred.
  • Demonstrated success closing complex, high-value deals with executive stakeholders including CFOs, founders, and business owners.
  • Existing network of transferable business relationships within mid-market companies, enterprise organizations, or venture-backed startups strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in fast-paced and high-growth environments.
  • Experience managing full-cycle sales activities, including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills with a highly proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable operating independently within lean, fast-moving teams and adapting quickly to evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition through outbound prospecting, strategic hunting efforts, and consultative sales engagement with mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Manage the complete sales process from lead generation and qualification through negotiation, closing, and account growth initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities with venture-backed startups, SMBs, and enterprise organizations across North America and potentially Latin America.
  • Build strong relationships with CFOs, founders, business owners, and executive stakeholders to understand their financial operational needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with customer success, marketing, and leadership teams to improve conversion rates, optimize client experiences, and support go-to-market initiatives.
  • Develop pipeline strategies and maintain accurate forecasting to consistently exceed revenue and quota targets.
  • Provide actionable feedback to product and engineering teams to support ongoing platform enhancements and customer satisfaction improvements.
  • Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize long-term customer value.
