Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven success in sales with a strong track record of prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Experience in high-volume outbound sales environments, including cold calling, email outreach, and structured follow-ups.
- Strong ability to communicate value-based, consultative sales solutions.
- Prior exposure to the automotive industry or dealership environments is highly advantageous.
- Experience managing CRM systems (3+ years preferred), such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle and willingness to travel as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is considered an asset.
- Certifications such as Google Analytics or additional digital marketing expertise are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and cold outreach to negotiation and closing new business with automotive dealership clients.
- Develop and execute targeted prospecting strategies using curated account lists and data-driven insights.
- Conduct high-volume outreach through phone calls, emails, and virtual presentations to engage decision-makers in dealership organizations.
- Deliver tailored sales pitches demonstrating the value of analytics-driven digital marketing solutions.
- Maintain a strong pipeline by tracking all sales activity, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Collaborate with internal sales, operations, and enablement teams to refine targeting strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Research accounts and industry stakeholders to build customized engagement approaches and maximize sales effectiveness.
- Participate in ongoing performance optimization, continuously improving outreach techniques and sales execution.
