Carry a reduced individual quota, qualifying marketing leads and setting team standards.
Present products to potential clients and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
Manage overall team performance and ensure achievement of leadership-defined goals.
Coach and develop BDRs through call and email reviews, live feedback, and one-on-ones.
Onboard and ramp new BDRs to improve SQL run rates.
Own team qualification standards and pipeline discipline, including multi-threading.
Run pipeline reviews and hold team members accountable to activity, conversion, and quota targets.
Maintain and improve the team's script and qualification framework.
Partner with the marketing team to develop new lead-generation campaigns.
Deliver performance reports and handle people management duties in coordination with the Director of Marketing.
