- Track record of managing six-figure deals.
- Proven experience in coaching, performance management, and driving seller execution.
- Strong forecasting and pipeline inspection skills.
- Proven ability to recruit, assess, hire, and develop high-performing talent.
- Comfort with CRM platforms and modern sales technology.
- Strong operational and strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide structured coaching to improve seller effectiveness across the sales cycle.
- Actively manage team performance, drive accountability, and continuous development.
- Maintain high-level visibility into pipeline health, deal progression, and forecast accuracy.
- Run disciplined pipeline and deal inspection processes.
- Lead the hiring, evaluation, and onboarding process for new Account Executives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and Solution Engineering.
- Leverage modern sales technology and AI-enabled tooling to improve efficiency.
- Support the team in customer-facing environments and industry events.
