  • Strong forecasting and pipeline inspection skills.
  • Proven ability to recruit, assess, hire, and develop high-performing talent.
  • Comfort with CRM platforms and modern sales technology.
  • Strong operational and strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide structured coaching to improve seller effectiveness across the sales cycle.
  • Actively manage team performance, drive accountability, and continuous development.
  • Maintain high-level visibility into pipeline health, deal progression, and forecast accuracy.
  • Run disciplined pipeline and deal inspection processes.
  • Lead the hiring, evaluation, and onboarding process for new Account Executives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and Solution Engineering.
  • Leverage modern sales technology and AI-enabled tooling to improve efficiency.
  • Support the team in customer-facing environments and industry events.
