Requirements
- Previous experience as an SDR Manager, Sales Development Representative, BDR, Staffing Sales Representative, or outbound sales leader.
- Strong experience setting up high-volume list-building and dialing processes.
- Proven success in high-volume cold calling and outbound pipeline generation environments.
- Experience building outbound workflows, prospecting sequences, and lead generation systems.
- Strong understanding of B2B outbound sales strategy and sales pipeline management.
- Excellent objection-handling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple outbound initiatives simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote startup environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, or similar platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own the daily outbound activity model, including call-volume targets, call blocks, follow-up cadence, and meeting conversion benchmarks.
- Build, optimize, and manage high-volume outbound prospecting workflows and dialing processes.
- Develop targeted outbound lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM databases, and other platforms.
- Execute daily outbound outreach through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Create and refine outbound messaging, call scripts, hooks, and follow-up sequences.
- Track outreach performance metrics and continuously improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
- Generate qualified meetings and sales-ready opportunities.
- Eventually support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and managing additional SDR team members.
