Job Details

Previous experience as an SDR Manager, Sales Development Representative, BDR, Staffing Sales Representative, or outbound sales leader.
Strong experience setting up high-volume list-building and dialing processes.
Proven success in high-volume cold calling and outbound pipeline generation environments.
Experience building outbound workflows, prospecting sequences, and lead generation systems.
Strong understanding of B2B outbound sales strategy and sales pipeline management.
Excellent objection-handling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple outbound initiatives simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote startup environment.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, or similar platforms.

Own the daily outbound activity model, including call-volume targets, call blocks, follow-up cadence, and meeting conversion benchmarks.
Build, optimize, and manage high-volume outbound prospecting workflows and dialing processes.
Develop targeted outbound lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM databases, and other platforms.
Execute daily outbound outreach through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn messaging.
Create and refine outbound messaging, call scripts, hooks, and follow-up sequences.
Track outreach performance metrics and continuously improve conversion rates.
Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
Generate qualified meetings and sales-ready opportunities.
Eventually support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and managing additional SDR team members.
