Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in sales or business development.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working across North America and Latin America in B2B sales.
  • Experience in financial services, payments, crypto, or blockchain/digital asset technologies.
  • Existing network of transferable B2B relationships with mid- to large-sized businesses and startups.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex, high-impact deals with C-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to present professionally and communicate with CFOs, Partners, and Business Owners.
  • Successful track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot or Pipedrive).

Responsibilities

  • Acquire high-quality new clients through efficient outbound strategies.
  • Cross-sell & upsell existing clients by providing top-notch consultative sales.
  • Identify business opportunities targeting mid- to large-sized businesses, enterprises, and later-stage venture-backed startups.
  • Manage full sales cycle and execute effective pipeline strategy.
  • Provide timely, detailed, and actionable feedback to management, product and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success to develop materials and increase conversion rates.
  • Build an effortless and value-driven client experience.
  • Work with Country & Regional Managers to develop, track, and exceed quota targets.
