Requirements
- 6+ years experience in sales or business development.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience working across North America and Latin America in B2B sales.
- Experience in financial services, payments, crypto, or blockchain/digital asset technologies.
- Existing network of transferable B2B relationships with mid- to large-sized businesses and startups.
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex, high-impact deals with C-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to present professionally and communicate with CFOs, Partners, and Business Owners.
- Successful track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot or Pipedrive).
Responsibilities
- Acquire high-quality new clients through efficient outbound strategies.
- Cross-sell & upsell existing clients by providing top-notch consultative sales.
- Identify business opportunities targeting mid- to large-sized businesses, enterprises, and later-stage venture-backed startups.
- Manage full sales cycle and execute effective pipeline strategy.
- Provide timely, detailed, and actionable feedback to management, product and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success to develop materials and increase conversion rates.
- Build an effortless and value-driven client experience.
- Work with Country & Regional Managers to develop, track, and exceed quota targets.
