Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven full-cycle sales experience, preferably in public safety/healthcare industry and/or SaaS.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to present, influence, negotiate and persuade key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in driving successful sales growth.
  • Experience with Sandler Selling or similar consultative sales methodology.
  • Ability to work independently within a highly collaborative environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude to learn new systems.
  • Experience using MS Office Suite, CRM, and Gong.
  • Proven time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel as required, up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Achieves or exceeds an annual sales quota goal.
  • Manage full cycle sales from lead qualification and needs discovery, to negotiation and closing.
  • Proactively prospect into Chiefs, Deputy Chiefs, and Data Managers using outbound and inbound approaches.
  • Facilitate sales meetings and demonstrate solutions to clients and prospects.
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate ImageTrend’s value proposition.
  • Create and deliver accurate sales forecasts through strong pipeline management.
  • Builds strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Forecasts needs, set priorities, and executes approved business strategy.
  • Acts as a company ambassador to support lead development.
  • Oversee and coordinate the RFP and contracting processes.
