Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven full-cycle sales experience, preferably in public safety/healthcare industry and/or SaaS.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to present, influence, negotiate and persuade key stakeholders.
- Proven track record in driving successful sales growth.
- Experience with Sandler Selling or similar consultative sales methodology.
- Ability to work independently within a highly collaborative environment.
- Strong technical aptitude to learn new systems.
- Experience using MS Office Suite, CRM, and Gong.
- Proven time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel as required, up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Achieves or exceeds an annual sales quota goal.
- Manage full cycle sales from lead qualification and needs discovery, to negotiation and closing.
- Proactively prospect into Chiefs, Deputy Chiefs, and Data Managers using outbound and inbound approaches.
- Facilitate sales meetings and demonstrate solutions to clients and prospects.
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate ImageTrend’s value proposition.
- Create and deliver accurate sales forecasts through strong pipeline management.
- Builds strong relationships internally and externally.
- Forecasts needs, set priorities, and executes approved business strategy.
- Acts as a company ambassador to support lead development.
- Oversee and coordinate the RFP and contracting processes.
