Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management
  • Proven ability to build, launch, and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects with intertwining deadlines
  • Analytical skills to track marketing funnel metrics, lead lifecycle management, and campaign attribution
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or HubSpot
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Salesforce CRM Analytics
  • Experience with paid media platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager or Google Ads

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven demand generation new logo campaign strategy to achieve sales goals for our global mid-market segment
  • Develop and deploy integrated marketing campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal team members, and keeping on-track with key deadlines
  • Plan and execute our new logo mid-market focused demand gen webinar program
  • Strategize and execute email nurtures to progress mid-market top-funnel leads to MQL for handoff to SDRs
  • Develop and manage marketing strategy with consideration for multiple sales channels
  • Assist with tracking and execution of conferences and field events
  • Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize
  • Align with SDRs on results of marketing campaigns and activities
  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders
  • Document processes in Powerpoint, Sharepoint, and Confluence
