Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline through outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Personalize interactions using Muck Rack’s tools and prospect insights
  • Develop efficient, creative outreach systems tailored to target accounts
  • Plan day with purpose using AI-assisted workflows
  • Monitor industry news to surface relevant outreach opportunities
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to drive pipeline growth
  • Maintain consistent activity standards
