Requirements
- 0–2+ years of experience in high-growth environment (Sales Ops, Commercial Strategy, Finance, or Deal Desk).
- Working knowledge of a major CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to build pricing models and analyze deal economics.
- Experience tracking contract lifecycle or deal desk KPIs.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity with a proactive, structured, problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of contact for Go-To-Market teams on customer contract types, pricing, and RFP responses.
- Support deal governance across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Commercial Strategy.
- Build and maintain pricing and deal models.
- Maintain pricing rules, product catalogs, and approval workflows in CRM and CPQ tools.
- Coordinate and support end-to-end RFP responses.
- Oversee contract generation for new and existing agreements.
- Manage contract lifecycle within the CLM system.
- Conduct first-pass reviews of redlines.
- Facilitate contract execution and track signature status.
- Maintain a searchable archive of executed contracts for audit readiness.
