Requirements

  • 0–2+ years of experience in high-growth environment (Sales Ops, Commercial Strategy, Finance, or Deal Desk).
  • Working knowledge of a major CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to build pricing models and analyze deal economics.
  • Experience tracking contract lifecycle or deal desk KPIs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with a proactive, structured, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact for Go-To-Market teams on customer contract types, pricing, and RFP responses.
  • Support deal governance across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Commercial Strategy.
  • Build and maintain pricing and deal models.
  • Maintain pricing rules, product catalogs, and approval workflows in CRM and CPQ tools.
  • Coordinate and support end-to-end RFP responses.
  • Oversee contract generation for new and existing agreements.
  • Manage contract lifecycle within the CLM system.
  • Conduct first-pass reviews of redlines.
  • Facilitate contract execution and track signature status.
  • Maintain a searchable archive of executed contracts for audit readiness.
