Requirements
- 3+ years in Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations or equivalent commercial/analytical experience
- Proficiency in SaaS deal construction
- Ability to analyze deal economics and explain commercial levers
- Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Highly responsive to manage competing priorities and month/quarter-end cycles
- Comfortable incorporating AI tools into day-to-day workflows
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to guide the structure and execution of Enterprise and Mid-Market deals, optimizing for customer experience, revenue, profitability, and compliance
- Advise on deal structure, discounting best practices, and commercial terms
- Evaluate deal financials including margin, payment terms, and cash flow
- Mitigate risk by ensuring deals align with company policies and revenue recognition requirements
- Monitor the Deal Desk support request and quote approval queue
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive deal closure
- Partner with Enablement to build and deliver training sessions for Sales
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate deal analysis, summarize documentation, and automate repetitive workflows
