Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in data analysis, ERP systems, or accounting environments.
- Strong understanding of data integrity principles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling).
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience working with ERP systems and large datasets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint preferred.
- Experience with ERP implementations, system migrations, or M&A integrations preferred.
- Exposure to scripting/automation tools (Python, PowerShell) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform data mapping, validation, and reconciliation between source and target systems during M&A ERP integrations.
- Analyze and compare large datasets across systems to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Write and maintain SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and analyze data.
- Develop advanced Excel models to support reconciliation, validation, and reporting.
- Partner with M&A, Accounting, and IT teams to align data structures and requirements.
- Document data structures, mapping logic, and integration workflows.
- Build repeatable, scalable processes for future acquisitions.
- Support data quality initiatives and ad hoc analysis across ERP and related systems.
