Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- 6 to 8 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven hands-on experience with the Appian platform.
- Experience designing user interfaces within Appian (Interface Designer).
- Proficiency in Appian objects: CDTs, Record Types, Process Models, Expression Rules, and Security Roles.
- Experience with process mapping and requirements elicitation.
- Understanding of SQL.
- Experience supporting initiatives involving AI, automation, or analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Master to translate software requirements into user stories.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams across the SDLC.
- Create business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and user stories.
- Manage and refine product backlogs in Jira ensuring Definition of Ready.
- Facilitate meetings and Agile ceremonies, supporting team collaboration.
- Support testing, validation, and implementation of system changes.
- Mentor newer analysts and contribute to BSA knowledge sharing.
- Lead and manage large or complex projects and initiatives.
- Maintain BSA process documentation within Confluence.
