Requirements
- Strong experience with MEDITECH Expanse
- Experience as a Senior BA/Builder in healthcare implementations
- Experience with MEDITECH Advanced Clinicals
- Experience building orders and order sets
- Experience working on large-scale EHR projects
- Understanding of BC healthcare governance and shared services
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Visio, and MS Project
- JIRA experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Build designed orders and order sets within MEDITECH Expanse Advanced Clinicals
- Support MEDITECH Core Clinical and Ancillary module implementations
- Analyze cross-stream impacts across teams and workflows
- Participate in test case design, execution, defect reporting, and validation
- Advise project teams on technical and functional impacts within MEDITECH Expanse
- Collaborate with governance groups and working committees
- Present recommendations and alternate solution approaches
- Track and communicate project risks, issues, and progress to leadership
- Work closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders
- Ensure knowledge transfer to internal Fraser Health resources throughout the engagement
