Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- 3+ years of focused experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience supporting federal contracting environments (DoD, DHS, or civilian agencies).
- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM and one additional module (ITOM, HRSD, SPM, or ITAM).
- Proficiency with backlog management tools (Jira, ServiceNow Agile, or Azure DevOps).
- Proficiency with process mapping tools (Visio, LucidChart).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Responsibilities
- Facilitate client-facing workshops and structured discovery sessions.
- Convert mission-level needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Perform gap assessments comparing legacy workflows against ServiceNow capabilities.
- Partner with Agile Coach to develop delivery processes and SOPs.
- Own backlog quality and Definition of Ready reviews.
- Mentor junior analysts and developers.
- Conduct peer reviews of functional designs and test scripts.
- Build process maps, workflow diagrams, and data models.
- Counsel government clients on platform best practices.
- Ensure designs conform to Section 508 and FISMA/NIST controls.
