Requirements
- 2–4 years in investment banking, equity research, transaction advisory, strategic finance or equivalent
- Ability to build an integrated 3-statement model from scratch
- Deep comfort with public company filings (10-K, 10-Q, proxy, S-1)
- Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets
- Self-sufficient and independent
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Genuine interest in fintech, capital markets, or financial services
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrated 3-statement financial models (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) with 5-year projection horizons
- Own scenario and sensitivity analysis tied to key business drivers
- Translate strategic initiatives into quantified financial impacts
- Maintain a living comps universe of public fintech, brokerage, neobank, and wealth management peers
- Produce valuation benchmarking
- Build bottoms-up and top-down TAM frameworks
- Support the development of institutional-quality materials including KPI packages
- Evaluate capital allocation decisions and analyze unit economics
