- Knowledge of recruitment compliance and data privacy (e.g., GDPR).
- Ability to use data to identify and resolve process friction.
- Experience leading or supporting others to operate effectively within a system.
Responsibilities
- Make hiring more consistent and predictable through scalable processes.
- Optimize and integrate recruiting systems like Greenhouse, Gem, and Workday.
- Streamline the hiring lifecycle from intake to offer.
- Manage interview scheduling and coordination across multiple regions and time zones.
- Ensure high-quality candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Identify and resolve hiring bottlenecks using data insights.
- Implement practical automation and AI to improve efficiency.
- Drive adoption of new processes and tooling across the organization.
