How We Work

Fortis Games operates as a global, fully remote studio. You will collaborate with talented individuals across more than 15 countries, including Brazil, Canada, and Spain. You will work on scalable automation solutions for dynamic game content, like character customizations and procedurally generated scenarios. Their technical approach integrates AI-assisted workflows from day one, using coding agents for accelerated test creation and debugging. They leverage a robust tech stack including Unity, Python, C#, and CI/CD platforms like GitHub Actions. Their real-time analytics platform uses Redpanda as its streaming data engine, combined with ClickHouse and Iceberg, processing massive amounts of game data.
