Responsibilities
- Run effective intake meetings to define hiring criteria, success measures, and interview structure.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting and maintain forward momentum on all requisitions.
- Lead structured, evidence-based interviews to assess candidate capability.
- Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates through sourcing and outreach.
- Strengthen talent brand through high-quality candidate interactions.
- Proactively report on hiring metrics and use data to identify process improvements.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist on candidate onboarding.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows using automation and AI tools.
- Collaborate on broader People Operations work including HR documentation and projects.
