Responsibilities

  • Run effective intake meetings to define hiring criteria, success measures, and interview structure.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting and maintain forward momentum on all requisitions.
  • Lead structured, evidence-based interviews to assess candidate capability.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates through sourcing and outreach.
  • Strengthen talent brand through high-quality candidate interactions.
  • Proactively report on hiring metrics and use data to identify process improvements.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist on candidate onboarding.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows using automation and AI tools.
  • Collaborate on broader People Operations work including HR documentation and projects.
