- Proven track record as an expert Go To Market Sourcer in a Product led company
- Experience working on Sales roles from within a SaaS company
- Data-driven mindset with ability to optimize workflows
- Demonstrated experience in creating innovative sourcing strategies
- Ability to perform Boolean search and talent mapping
- Experience with requisition qualification with senior leaders
- Ability to manage high volumes of outreach and screening calls
Responsibilities
- Find, engage and evaluate top talent for Sales positions
- Develop passive pipeline processes focusing on quality of hire
- Discover and quantify new talent pools and sourcing channels
- Engage with departmental leaders and hiring managers to qualify requirements
- Define searches and prioritize workload
- Perform Boolean search and talent mapping activities
- High volumes of outreach and screening calls
