Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- SHRM certification is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
- Strong background in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth or entrepreneurial environments
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and handle confidential information with discretion
- Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance (U.S. knowledge required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner for assigned business units, supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and exits.
- Support and implement key talent programs such as performance management cycles, compensation reviews, engagement surveys, and learning & development initiatives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and team effectiveness.
- Use data and business insights to identify trends, recommend solutions, and improve engagement and retention outcomes.
- Collaborate with leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
- Support complex employee relations matters, including investigations and escalation of sensitive issues when needed.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external experts to ensure compliance and best practices.
